This session helps users master the fundamentals of Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Learn to access, utilize, and optimize Copilot Chat for enhanced productivity. Develop effective prompting techniques to achieve accurate and relevant AI-generated responses. Avoid common mistakes and leverage the Microsoft Copilot Prompt Gallery for streamlined collaboration.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Define what Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is and explain its purpose;
• Identify how to access Copilot Chat within Microsoft 365;
• Develop skills for writing effective prompts to generate high-quality results;
• Explore methods to collaborate on Copilot responses for improved outcomes;
• Use Copilot Pages to organize and enhance work;
• Apply Agents to simplify and streamline workflows.

Notes

You must complete the following tasks in the specified order:

1. Set up your ESI Learner Experience Portal (LxP) profile or verify your existing one.
2. Register for your preferred session and language:
   • Register for Copilot Chat Training – July 16

 Learners should also be aware:

• Learners are not permitted to share or transfer the course registration link.
• They are not permitted to record sessions.
• If a learner is unable to attend, they should cancel their registration right away in ESI’s Learning Platform
• If the course has a lab experience, the trainer will provide information about it at the start of the course
