Description

This is the last course of a three-course series on the Required Entries in the Enterprise Portfolio System (EPS).

The participants will be able to use the EPS Training Site to practice the management of the Project’s Risks, Issues, Changes, status reports and final Artifacts.

Objectives
After this session, the participants will be able to use the Training site to:

  1. Manage Risks, Issues & Changes
  2. Create Status Report
  3. Store Artifacts

Target Audience
The SSC Project Management (PM) Community at large.

The SSC’s PM Community includes (but is not limited to): Project Sponsors, Directors, Project Managers, Project Team Members, Project Support Office (PSO), Project Support Staff, Project Review and Oversight (PRO) Leads and anyone involved with a project at SSC.

Prerequisite(s)

  1. SSC Project Management Environment Awareness (PM-ENV)
  2. How to navigate effectively in EPS when managing a project, programme or an activity (PM-EPS 101)
  3. Effectively managing the Required Entries in EPS, parts 1 and 2 (PM-EPS 201 & 202)

Notes
This course has a value of 2.0 professional development units (PDU) with PMI and AXELOS.
