Description
This course is the second of three-course series on the Required Entries in the Enterprise Portfolio System (EPS) to comply with Treasury Board requirements and maintain SSC’S Organizational Project Management Capacity (OPMC) Class.
During this course, the participants will use the EPS Training Site to practise how to manage the Project’s Schedule, Cost Plans and Project Records of Decision.
Objectives
After this session, the participants will be able to use the EPS Training site to:
- Create the Schedule
- Create and submit the Cost Plan
- Create Project Record of Decision
Target Audience
The SSC Project Management (PM) Community at large.
The SSC’s PM Community includes (but is not limited to): Project Sponsors, Directors, Project Managers, Project Team Members, Project Support Office (PSO), Project Support Staff, Project Review and Oversight (PRO) Leads and anyone involved with a project at SSC.
Prerequisite(s)
- SSC Project Management Environment Awareness (PM-ENV)
- How to navigate effectively in EPS when managing a project, programme or an activity (PM-EPS 101)
- Effectively managing the Required Entries in EPS, part 1 (PM-EPS 201)
