Description
This session highlights new features recently integrated into SSC's standard project management tool, the Enterprise Portfolio System (EPS).
These tools relate to the way we work in the PES: conversations, workspace, checklists and things to do.
Objectives
After this session participants will be able to:
- Use the PES training site to:
- Maximize the following features: conversations, my workspace, checklists and to-dos.
Target Audience
The SSC Project Management (PM) Community at large.
The SSC’s PM Community includes (but is not limited to): Project Sponsors, Directors, Project Managers, Project Team Members, Project Support Office (PSO), Project Support Staff, Project Review and Oversight (PRO) Leads and anyone involved with a project at SSC.
Prerequisite(s)
- SSC Project Management Environment Awareness (ENV)
- How to navigate effectively in EPS when managing a project, programme or an activity (EPS 101) is a prerequisite for all other EPS courses
