Description

This information session presents the Task and Financial Authorization (TFA) form that documents the commitment by each service line of its contribution to a project specifying the financial, human and material resources required.

Objectives
By the end of the session, the participants will be able to:

  1. Define the TFA, the different types of TFA and their Purpose
  2. Explain the TFA Template
  3. Describe the Process and the Roles & Responsibilities
  4. Apply the new knowledge through a practical exercise

Target Audience
The SSC Project Management (PM) Community at large.

The SSC’s PM Community includes (but is not limited to): Project Sponsors, Directors, Project Managers, Project Team Members, Project Support Office (PSO), Project Support Staff, Project Review and Oversight (PRO) Leads and anyone involved with a project at SSC.

Prerequisite(s)
SSC Project Management Environment Awareness (PM-ENV)
