Description

This information session presents the Task and Financial Authorization (TFA) form that documents the commitment by each service line of its contribution to a project specifying the financial, human and material resources required.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Define the Task and Financial Authorization (TFA), its different types, and their purpose;
  • Explain the TFA template and its components;
  • Describe the process and the roles and responsibilities involved;
  • Apply your knowledge through a practical exercise to complete a TFA.

The SSC Project Management (PM) Community at large.

The SSC’s PM Community includes (but is not limited to): Project Sponsors, Directors, Project Managers, Project Team Members, Project Support Office (PSO), Project Support Staff, Project Review and Oversight (PRO) Leads and anyone involved with a project at SSC.
