Description

As requested during the Quick Session at the End of P-01, we invite you to a 2nd Quick session on the Project Control Workbook (PCW) Month-End process. This session will be an open conversation and Q&A session to ensure the PMs are ready to close their project's PCW for the end of P-02, as the deadline will be end of day on June 6th.

This session last 45 minutes. The same subject will be discussed in French and English, on two different days.

Objectives
Quick Session are a relaxed and friendly way to share information and discuss the needs inherent to project management at SSC.

Presenters are directors or experts in their field. During these exchanges, directors or experts and participants from the PM Community discuss a given topic and learn from each other.

Target Audience
The SSC Project Management (PM) Community at large.

The SSC’s PM Community includes (but is not limited to): Project Sponsors, Directors, Project Managers, Project Team Members, Project Support Office (PSO), Project Support Staff, Project Review and Oversight (PRO) Leads and anyone involved with a project at SSC.

Notes
The PM Quick Sessions  (L&L) have a maximum value of 0.75 professional development units (PDU) with PMI and AXELOS. The precise value will depend on the length of each L&L.
