Description

This course is designed as a self-paced tool and focuses on Agile Procurement at SSC, the Agile Procurement Process (APP3.0), Challenge-Based Solicitation stages and Scrum Applied to Procurement.

Learning Objectives

• Incorporate Agile methodologies into procurement processes to include flexibility, adaptability, and collaboration
• Understand Agile principles, the Agile Procurement Process 3.0 (APP3.0), and the application of Scrum applied to procurement at SSC
• Learn to customize the approaches, methods and tools to optimize procurement outcomes
• Assess and implement various Agile procurement approaches across the Agility Spectrum
• Become familiar with the Challenge-Based Solicitation, Scrum Applied to Procurement, and tools such as Sprints and Cross-Functional Teams, to effectively manage and agilize your procurement projects
• Make informed decisions about when to inject agile in procurement, as well as how to select and scale the best fitting Agile approaches to any procurement projects

Prerequisites

Ideally, you will have completed the APLI Path Level 1 before taking this course. Level 1 consists of two awareness tools: Agile Procurement at SSC: A Virtual Information Session and Agile Procurement Immersive Experience.
