Description
The emergence of widely accessible Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools has significant implications for cyber security. This introductory course will define GenAI, discuss existing Government of Canada guidance for the use of GenAI, how users can leverage GenAI safely at work, and the ethical concerns and limitations of GenAI.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, the participant will be able to:
• Recall where to find guidance for the use of AI;
• Describe how to safely use GenAI at work;
• Practice using GenAI tools;
• Describe the ethical concerns, risks, and limitations of using GenAI.
Target Audience
All Government of Canada (GC) employees and employees at other levels of government and critical infrastructure.
